Notes following WEEK 11 

HOMEWORK:  Remember we are returning homework each day now.  Everyday your student will turn in:
          1 math paper (usually from the lesson but occasionally a math paper that was sent home in the homework folder)
          1 language arts paper (this should also be the paper in the homework folder)
          1 phonics words practice paper or a note stating that your student did an activity (Phonics words come home on Mondays on a green paper)
          Reading Log is completed each day and turned in on Friday.

PHONICS - Sound/ spelling focus:  long e spelled ee and ea;  /kw/ spelled qu; long e spelled y (at the end of a 2-syllable word) and spelling ie.

Don't forget to have your student use Raz-kids and Reading Eggs at home.  Top three users each week get recognized and rewarded.

MATH -  Topic 5 test is Wednesday.  You have access to the pearson website if you would like to review the videos with your child.

P.E. - Our students will be running this week:  Mon., Wed., and Fri.
